CrhazeeWorks Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your CrhazeeWorks purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing and Customer Selection

Because our apparel and other merchandise are produced to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or other customer-selected option. Please review the product description and available sizing information carefully before ordering.

Returns

Eligible returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access to the digital content has been provided, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.
